Actor Donald Sutherland, known for 'Klute,' 'Hunger Games,' and many more, dies at 88

Sutherland and Hanoi Jane were side kicks testifying before Congress in very early 70's. Had no use for him or her. People either seem to forget that or don't care.

Yeah....he was a big anti-Vietnam war guy.

I think much of the country was at that time, I don't think he did anything like Jane did though. RIP Mr Sutherland, he was a great actor.

Just last night watched "Forsaken". A western he did with his son. Good movie. Rest in Peace...

I always think of his pyromaniac character in Backdraft when he is mentioned. He played that part very convincingly.

The radio station I listen to lists several movies he was known for but they never mentioned this. I know it was a small role, but given the movie was based in Chicago I would have thought that role would be mentioned.
