Accord timing belt

On my Ranger, the manual calls for the cam belt to be "inspected" at 120,000 miles.
Are you referring to the serpentine belt ? If so, my Infiniti G35 says to inspect the belt at every maintenance service up to 150,000 miles and then the book stops. If you elect to follow Infiniti's "premium" maintenance schedule, it says replace the belt every 30k miles !

No, in the manual Ford refers to the timing belt as a "camshaft drive belt". The "accessory drive belt(s)" should be inspected at 60,000 and every 30,000 after that. The manual seems afraid to require any belt replacing, just keep inspecting.
