Ac compressor bracket/ correct coolant mix

F250 in sig, I succeeded in finding the correct torque specs for the water pump. The belt tensioner was bad, the bolt holding the tensioner is metal going into an aluminum bracket, which also holds the AC compressor and idler pulley, upon loosening the bolt, it somehow stripped out the aluminum threads. I was able to buy a bracket from a junkyard. while I've found the correct torque specs for the idler and belt tensioner, I've had difficulty finding the correct specs for the bracket bolts going to the engine and the bolts for the AC compressor. I'm not taking any chances being the bracket is aluminum.

As you can see on page 29 of 33 of the first link, they give the correct specs for the bracket as 35 ft lbs. In the second link, on page 7 of 10 they give the correct specs for the bracket as 58 ft lbs and the bolts mounting the AC compressor as 50 ft lbs, both links are from Ford, so which will be correct as far as the bracket goes? and would 50 be correct for the compressor bolts?

Also I'll be changing the coolant, using the procedure in the link below. I bought the kit from napa in the link to flush with a hose, I will be using pre charged SCA coolant, my question is, should I dump in 4 gallons of concentrate and then top off with distilled water to get a 50/50 mix? Or can I put half a gallon distilled water, half a gallon concentrate in a gallon jug and dump it in a gallon at a time to get a proper 50/50 mix? I would think that half water/concentrate mixed in a gallon jug and filling the cooling system till full would be a proper 50/50 mix.
