Can anyone tell me the absolute efficiency rating of the following oil filters?..

An absolute rating gives the size of the largest particle that will pass thru the filter.

Absolute efficiency in filter terms = a filter rated at say 25u will capture 100% of the particles 25u+ and larger on the first pass. As the pores in the screen plug up and the gaps get smaller, just like a paper element it will have a greater ability to capture smaller particles.
Case in point the medical grade Stainless Steel mesh filters are rated in absolute terms VS nominal of fiber/synthetic media filters.
The filters the OP has posted are rated in nominal terms and as such we can't really answer the OPs question. Apples to oranges and it is doubtful the manufactures will release the info.
One may be able to look at used oil analysis with particle counts and make some observations as to the absolute efficiency. However because fiber type media is not put down in a uniform pattern that particle count of one filter in a used oil analysis would only be good for that filter, so you would need many to create a reliable average.
