I just acquired a '92 2.5 Wrangler. I have tones of oil build up under the oil cap, Shot a light down the oil hole in Valve cover and almost threw up. Its bad. I thought of using one of these cleaners but, a cleaner will break all that build up #@$%! away, and wouldn't it then clog my Oil pupmp screen?

I would go the ARX route. Better to clear it out slowly then to let all that gunk loose in a few minutes. Seafoam and other strong solvents would likely indeed remove all that stuff but its a matter of where it lands, so to speak. I agree with your concerns over the oil pickup screen.
If it were me, I would do 4 treatments of ARX.
That might be overkill, but I would do it anyway.
I would just use Walmart's Supertech 5w30 & the largest Super Tech oil filter that would fit for both the clean and rinse phases. I would just buy the 5 quart jugs of ST. I know the manual says it only holds 4 quarts, but when I had my jeep, it would hold 5 just fine when I used a larger oil filter.

Do two full treatments with Auto-Rx then use a solvent flush. Do each of the Auto-Rx treatments as the instructions state then after the next regular oil change interval hit with a 15 minute flush at fast idle with Amsoil or Golden Eagle engine flush.
Auto-RX is reall gentle and will not plug up the pickup screen at all. It will slowly liguify the slude and allow you oil filter to trap it.
The reason for the regular flush after two full treatments of AUto-Rx Clean and Rinse is to get anything still holding on. Auto-Rx will sometimes soften varnish and some stuborn sludge/carbon but it will not all release into the oil. The solvent flush is a follow up to get that little bit that does not want to release into the oil. Never mix a solvent flush in an engine with Auto-Rx the AUot-RX will use itself up absorbing the solvent and nothing will get done by either product in terms of cleaning!

I'd do two ARX treatments and then go with 3k mile OCI's with a good oil and the 3oz maintenance dose from now on.
