Glad that they are factory fill full synthetic. Wonder if the Kia plants are similar?

Generalized OE statements. Nothing to worry about.
Typically, those that use synthetic want to run the oil longer. Looks like they want you to follow their OCI recommendations regardless of oil used. So, if you do a 15k OCI with M1 or 25k OCI AMS or NEVER change the oil with Synful Lube, and you have an issue, warranty is not covering it.
 
I'll probably be doing 4K/4mo changes using SynPower. Since some Hyundai docs and the dealers advise 3.75K changes for "severe" use, 4K is no stretch, especially for synthetic.
 
Your right my wife just had to clarify it for me.
I get screwed up with English sometimes,seldom but every now and then.

Being in the automotive business and owning a Hyundai i will will tell you that they give the consumer problems with their 10 year 100,000 loophole warranty
If they do lemon law is a good place to start its free!
