My lady's V-6 RAV4. Done with Opticlean concentrate diluted into a trigger spray bottle using distilled water. Car was filthy so I used a full quart and a lot of MF towels. This was right on the ragged edge of what can be done with a spray on wipe off car wash.....nasty and required caution. Followed up with Blackfire Crystal Seal. Flake does pop but can't be seen with indoor photos. The next day the Crystal did it's thing and the look is brilliant and slicker than a teflon booger. Mine is still dirty

I apologize that some shots are a bit grainy but you get the drift.
Since we have two V-6 RAVs:

Looks good. I have yet to try CS. I'm working off of a bottle of Klasse still.

Looks better than Wet Paint Glaze! OK, I have no idea if that is indeed the case. Aren't they supposed to be similar products? Which one do you prefer?

Wet Paint is an all in one that cleans, shines, and seals. Opticlean is a cleaner that leaves a nice shine. Blackfire Crystal Seal is a wipe on walk away pure sealant. I'll still give the edge to WP as it takes only one step. I just felt like using something different since I have so many products. The look of Crystal Seal is really something to behold the next day once it cures.

You'll like it. The car in the pictures is five years old. It was purchased on Christmas Eve of 2007 actually.

have to do it, just do it!

Starting with a clean car that should be quite a combination. I haven't tried that one yet.

Keep in mind it's twice as many steps. There are areas on some cars where Opticlean in a spray bottle is easier to use than WP. Take a black plastic grill with many openings for instance. You don't want to spray something pink in there 'cause you'll never get it all off. The black textured plastic in front of the windshield (and the wipers) can be a nightmare with WP but a breeze with Opticlean......and it leaves an awesome shine to boot. Plastic cladding at the bottom of the vehicle, mud guards, textured plastic is easy with Opti but not the place for WP. Each product has its advantages and limits. Learning where each product excels gives you an advantage in both time spent, looks, and longevity.
