A great Easter leg of lamb

I can't believe that someone doesn't like lamb (as opposed to mutton, which I also like, but many have an aversion to).

Stick it with a paring knife, and insert half a garlic clove and a sprig of rosemary. Either cook slowly, or smoke cook.

BTW, camel is becoming popular in Northern Oz.

I do like lambs and I don't want to eat them.

PS: You will not find mutton in US supermarkets etc unless you got to specific ethnic markets. Most supermarkets carry lamb here. And yes, it can be labeled as lamb only if it's under 12 months old at the time of being killed.

Lamb, lamb and more lamb than you can shake a stick at.

I've definitely tried lamb (as opposed to mutton) both in the USA and in Europe. And I definitely hate it. Can't even stand the smell.
