A good experience at BMW Motorrad dealer in Kansas City, Engle Motors

Had a flat on my 2021 F900xr a few months ago. They came and picked up the bike and replaced the tire. They did not charge me for the pickup. Been a customer there for a long time. The owner Mike came and picked it up. Had a nice chat. Had to wait a couple months to replace the tire due to other bills. I do not finance toys or stuff for toys. Kudos to Mike and Ed for another pleasant service experience. Bike needs fresh fuel. Ran well for the 15 miles home on a chilly day. They also did a on-point chain service . Looked brand new.

The new tire was a 70th birthday present to myself which was last Saturday.

Top notch service from Engle Motors. Ya can't get that from most dealers today!!
