Honda synthetic has a huge following here. Not sure who makes it for Honda.

Conoco Phillips last time I checked. A good oil but not worth paying dealer prices.

Care to explain how this few dollars more for EP would be money well spent?
I'd go with AFE myself. Nothing wrong in selecting an Ultra oil filter, though.
I have one on our newer Accord ATM, along with a fill of Idemitsu HGMO.
Incidentally, twenty bucks a jug for Magnatec 0W-20 is a little rich considering that AZ has had it on national clearance for ten bucks a jug or two bucks a quart.
Wonder where those jugs on scamazon came from:)

And with the Pennzoil Platinum or Quaker State Ultimate Durability you can get $10/$7 rebates on your 5 qt oil change bringing net price down to $2.50-$2.99/qt.

There's no downside to the Quaker State Ultimate Durability 0w-20 being the 2nd highest rated oil on the 540RAT list.

Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy 0w20 still gets my vote. SOPUS lies about NOACK #'S and still is a "darling oil" here

Give me a break

Use the cheapest synthetic 0w20 on sale. Napa Synthetic is often on sale for $2.99/qt and is rebranded Synpower.

For the filter, either Fram Ultra, Hastings, Baldwin, or anything made by Wix.

at Walmart with a Fram Ultra oil filter, best filtering, silicon ADBV, synthetic media.

This would be my choice

I like the more robust Mobil 1 Extended Performance 0w20 which costs more but often there is a $12 mail in rebate on the Mobil 1 website. Alternatively their AFE product is good too if you plan to do 5k drains. I have had the least burn-off with the Mobil 1 versus any other oil in my Mazda Skyactiv 2.5

Have you tried the Mazda oil with moly? I never have to add and I did 8400 miles on my last OCI. Also, what filter do you use?

I have noticed few here mention Mobil 1 Extended Performance. Large majority here seem to type Mobil 1, meaning the regular.
