A girl named Wilbur

A few years ago I went to Staples or Office Depot and bought a laptop from a saleswoman named Wilbur.

When she came up to offer help, I almost burst out laughing when I saw her name tag "Wilbur". I mean I did everything I could to not crack up. It was like the olympics of keeping a straight face.

I can't imagine a universe where someone names their daughter Wilbur.

Did I get punked? I think these kids were having fun with a label maker and giving each other weird names to see how customers react.

It's very possible that they swapped name tags. One of my first flights on now defunct Mark Air my family had a layover in Chicago going to Louisville KY. The flight attendant swapped name tags on the layover.
