As of two days ago, Walmart had brass Perfecta @9.78 per box of 50.

as mentioned above Walmart has perfecta for ~$10 a box. They also generally carry Federal aluminum also if you don't need brass cases. both are decent for plinking.

Its always hit or miss. I check 4 stores in our area when I am at that general location. They almost never have the .380 perfecto and less than half the time do they have the 9mm. there are hogs that come in and buy them out all the time. Their store employee buddies let them know when its in.
