98 leaves codes 0102,0113,0300,what's up?

Hi all!98 lesabre.today,car hesitated,ran poorly. Have a scanner. Got codes p0102, mass or volume air flow, circuit low, p0113, intake air temperature sensor 1, church high, p 0300, random multiple cylinder misfire detected. Only thing I can think of,is MMO? Has 18 gallon tank.I till using 8 ozs, for 20 gallon ,based on 4 ozs. Let 10 gallons.
Can a dirty,bad mass sensor,cause all the other things too go off? Gunna clean the mass sensor,with mass spray.
Any ideas,what's up?no detected vacuum leaks either!

The air intake temp sensor is part of the MAF. Get thee to a junkyard or ebay. Don't buy a Cardone from Autozone.

Why not from autozone? I'm only? I've found,so far,this lesabre,is finiky.it only seems too like,one parts..other stuff I've done.
Well!I got the mass sensor off,sprayed with mass spray,it wasn't dirty anyway,the wife in the sensor,was clean. Waited 30 minutes,bone dry. Not sure,it worked.but,as engine idled, with sensor back on,I noted,a weird while air vacuum nOiSe,coming from, where the mass sensor housing,meets the upper plenum.last year,I had that off,and put an aftermarket gasket in, forget the name.common aftermarket,came in a kit. Using the throttle cable thingy, each and everytime,their was a breif,air whisp,coming from between the housing...the mass sensor housing and upper plkenum.it appears to me,the gasket,has failed,is keaking.causing these 3 air intake codes!

I think the electronics in the MAF are goofy or perhaps the wiring to it. If you can pick one up at a junkyard for $10 that and the gasket are your next steps.

Throttle body gasket!that's what I meant.when I use the throttle cable,the space between the upper plenum,and throttle body,makes a brief air while noise,loud..think that's leaking...causing all 3 air sensors,too go off.

You're getting an IAT it's bad fuhgetthabout cleaning, replace.

Nah..I'm getting three codes...mass airflow,iac,and random cylinder misfires. The space,between upper plenum and throttle body,where the gasket is,made air while noise briefly,when I used the throttle body cable..each and everytime.the gasket,I put in last year,has failed.think that's what it is.

The MAF & IAT are separate on this car.

If you're running the car without all its intake tubing you're going to hear the throttle whistle.

You want your fuel mix (MAF and vacuum leaks) right before chasing misfires.

How would an air leak affect temperature?

Maybe you've lost a sensor ground or something, certainly possible, thing was due for the crusher 10 years ago.

I checked,looked all over the air duct,air filter box,the upper plenum,other side,the off valve,no noise..I narrowed it with my sensitive ear,too where the mating surface of throttle body meets mating surface,of upper plenum. That's where the throttle gasket is. Checked a vacuum hose back of engine, near too of upper plenum.it's all connected. Last year,when I put the throttle gasket in,I didn't use any gasket maker,or sealant.just tightened the bolts so their good n snug.next free time,is Sunday evening,or Monday afternoon. Go to my local advance auto,but new throttle gasket, take it from thier.I do know....the cat is screwed. 120,000 miles,a d 92 sensors never changed.bought this car,Craigslist 2 years ago. Car has gremlins in it!

Right turn signal stays lit, didn't work. Blink light.left does.transmission is in very good condition,so is Grant fluid. Brakes so so. Thermostat,the center of it,was missing!drilled out of something. Replaced that.Had new front struts out on last year, sagging pretty bad....guy out kyb on,not too great of a strut,showed me,someone had made mounts for the struts,some shop. Trying too fix it up,as it's a pretty good engine.

For some odd reason,the coolant,is supposed to be dexcool..the car does not like it! It drive poorly,lost mileage.put the green stuff in,ran fine. Put a new radiator in myself,last year..original one busted and steamed coolant out.got a new autozone one.
A\c didn't work.not air.
Really hope,and do belive,it's the throttle gasket..3 engine codes,air intake related.tells me,a leak,vaccum.noise comes loudest,,from center of throttle body,upper plenum meet.

That's a new knock on Dexcool I've never heard & certainly never experienced such a thing!

No, I blame the Dexcool because his car doesn't like it.

Spray something flammable around the throttle body while it's idling. It'll change the idle if you have a leak. I think you're hearing the normal whistle of air passing a mostly closed throttle plate or through the idle air bypass plumbing.

I know the cat is shot.have also,the p0402nd cat inefficiency bank 1 code.I can smell gas,somewhat,as far runs.gas exhaust.

Solutions had one mas sensor remanufatured duralast. It kinda works,but not good enough. Engine light still flashes,and car stalled after starting 3 times.didn't do that with oem sensor. Looks like it's going mechanics shop...
