93 taurus oil pressure light and no start problem

If the shaft drives the oil pump and you have no oil pressure how is setting the ignition timing going to help?

Do you have any ideas on what is wrong because I would be glad to hear them?

I am sure it is low oil pressure and I replaced the oil pressure switch a couple of months ago.

Most of the time when you have low pressure, the engine will be noisy.

Yep. That is when I shut the engine off.
