92 civic manual transmission

any ideas on what oil should i use? is supreme 10w30 any good? ill see temps ranging from 60 to 86 this summer.
Is it a good idea to use synth?
transmission has 127k miles on it and shifts smoothly.
What would you recommend?

Use something like this:

Amsoil MTF

I know maybe you can't find Amsoil in your country, but there should be some MTF's available. Motor oil is not ideal for gearboxes.
