Good point, if I were there and jumped in, how would the police know if I didn't start it?

What if the one guy is bleeding and has HIV or he gets a punch through, or I injure someone in my efforts to help.

Lawsuit time. I guess not worth it unless the violation is so heinous, like a man beating a small child, that one has no other option but to intervene.

2 adults duking it out? Maybe I'll drive by and avoid the lawsuit. That lady had some skills and held her own pretty well!

That truck driver should have his commercial license permanently revoked because of gross negligence. He is flat out incapable.
