It’s not tractor oil. Use in the Mustang, tooIll just use the same Castrol synthetic 10w40 i use in my 390 Mustang, will use up the non graded oil in my tractors
A 289 will lope early, so if you are getting a smooth idle, it’s safe to say this is in the 260 or less advertised duration range— near stock. No cam card, it is fairly stock by the feel if the engine, not lopy, feels stock to me, nothing like my 68 street fun car.. Has the stock stamped style rockers, as I pulled the valve covers to replace with finned aluminum. I would not imagine there are anything other than stock springs.
Would this make a good emergency stash ?I'd use the Penn Grade in it.
Did I say it was - pretty simple question with oil getting hard to find …When I think "Penn Grade", it's not oil like this, which is a standard synthetic blend SQ type oil. This is nothing like the good high ZDDP stuff being discussed in this thread.
Really LOL I can find it in my stash everyday paid for at a significantly cheaper price.Did I say it was - pretty simple question with oil getting hard to find …
Cheaper than what ?Really LOL I can find it in my stash everyday paid for at a significantly cheaper price.
