50psi rental car tires

Yup, usually an our or so flag time. Sometimes more. I remember I did them when I was an apprentice.
Yea, I remember driving down PDIs to get them gassed up for the techs. It was kinda gravy work but also not. At the time, Honda wanted the TPMS initialized, idle learn performed(the radio fuse or shipping shunt was removed for transit) and paint wrap removed.

I recently had the same thing happen with a rental company and it was one that had some decent miles on it. I set them to the correct pressures before my trip. I feel like no one cares about tire pressure. I had a dealer give me a car to test drive with only 20psi in the tires as well recently.

Bought my 2019 Raptor and it had 50 psi in all 4 tires. Stopped at the first gas station and let air out before my 100 mile drive home.

My MIL bought a QX80 that had over 50 psi in each tire. She was thrilled with the ride when I checked and reduced the air pressure to 35 or whatever it called for.

We rented a Wrangler in Sedona, I brought my Ridgid air compressor and a tire gauge so we could air up and down for the trails.
