OP, you are not going to find the level of protection required for your engine over the parts counter or Wal Mart. You need to step up to a boutique oil like Red Line, Amsoil, Motul 300V, etc...
True synthetics that are listed above will have superior shear resistance, much higher levels of ZDDP (primary anti-wear additive), and Red Line has very high levels of Moly. Convenience of buying local isn't an option for you IMO. Get on the internet and order the good stuff.
thats good advise but RL is very expensive, especially for short ocis.
