I actually ended up selling it to my next door neighbor
He took it to a mechanic and had the oil pressure switch replaced (didn't fix oil pressure light) and the mechanic told him it needed a fan clutch, brakes (we knew beforehand about the brakes), and control arm bushings. I trust the mechanic since they're the ones who I take my VW to. With all the work it needed I sold it to him for $5,000. Was $1,200 in repairs. He also had the oil changed and after all the work the oil pressure light didn't come back on yet.
I still think it's funny the neighbor bought it, so I see it basically everyday.
