$35 off this Quinn Digital Torque wrench - your thoughts?

Thinking about this torque wrench as it goes down lower than most other 3/8 torque wrenches.
Your thoughts?

Harbor Freight Quinn Torque Wrench

I should have added, the main use is spark plugs. I just did a Toyota 4 banger that spec'ed 13 lb/ft.

I did buy and Icon 3/8 Split Beam. But I use my 3/8 Snappy.

I bought the Icon Split Beam 3/8, not the Quinn. There was some kinda sale I couldn't resist.
