Looking at the oldest report, in 2005 this 2000 Camaro only had 3600 miles on it? Or, was the engine replaced?

Did you run a fuel system cleaner in this run? GM V8'S spit copper for about 36,000 miles. This is normal and does not affect engine life.

The engine was replaced with a crate LS1, when I bought the vehicle.

Negative on the fuel system cleaner...

I had a problem with my motor cycle starting one year when it was very cold outside. I took a cheap hot plate and put it on the ground under the oil pan, connected it to a long extension cord, and had one of the house light timers set to turn on 2 hours before I started the bike. It worked.

I understand the block heater wasn't working, but any 0W-40 should, by virtue of its '0W', provide effotless starting down to at least -30C, AND decent metal wear numbers from quick oil flow.

I'm thinking I'll give the Penzoil Platinum 5W-30 a shot and see how that works... I'll let everyone know what I find.
