OE H6 size battery in the '21 JL Wrangler Sport got low on charge earlier this year, so I fully charged it and it was fine until last week, which just happened to be the 37th month we had the car (36 month warranty). We went away for a week, and the battery was dead flat. Did some research and elected to replace the battery with a larger Duralast H7 AGM which fits with the removal of a removable spacer in the battery tray, apparently some models get the H7.

This vehicle has two batteries, and I have not replaced the aux one yet as none of the LAPS had them. Did some research and apparently electrical issues are common with these, but 3 years seems short. Oh, and I absolutely despise stop/start, especially on a manual.

Got a Gladiator myself- battery lasted about 3 years which is average in Texas. I disabled my start/stop with my Autel Scanner which can do coding and vehicle settings in the modules that are not accessable otherwise. FInd a shop and have them disable it - takes a few clicks and done. I have an auto and can't imagine the additional hassle it does with a manual!

Plenty of info on the aux battery problems online and a few threads on here. Long story short - seems like 3 years is typical with aux battery included, much longer without.

We had electrical issues in our 2020 Wrangler, aux battery taken out of the picture and zero issues since. Hate s/s and always turn it off.

Numerous Yout*be videos on how to take it out of the loop.
