I watched a similar video where a guy confused an AI agent so badly it got caught in a loop saying "Albuquerque New Mexico" for minutes on end.

It's tragicomic. Every time we had a reorg at work and they brought in "fresh perspectives" that knew nothing about our group's specific problems, that was the way meetings went.

I was in a series of meetings awhile back that went just like this. What could have been solved in 3 hrs became 5 meetings, bunches of emails and 3 people rewriting the exact same thing. Meeting 4 had people repeating what I said in meeting 1 as if it was their fresh idea.
