I am trying to find out where the spark is coming from so I started the car and started spraying mist in the plug wires and coil. I started hearing a clicking sound but I don't see any arching electricity anywhere even at dark. though I can here the click somewhere near the coil. Is there any other source of this clicking sound which has something to do with the idle of my car?

Need your opinions and advice.

I am thinking of just replacing my coil pack, plug wires and spark plug and my suspicion would be a bad coil pack. Just wanna make sure that this would be the problem or there or other electrical system that could trigger the miss fire on 2nd cylinder.

If you're talking about the Jetta, then I'd advise you to remove and closely inspect the coil pack for cracks. It's a common problem with VW coils. My theory is that Volkswagen requires their suppliers to use a resin called gonnacrackium in the manufacturing process.

There have been a number of guys on BITOG that have had a similar issue and I've always given the same advise. To date, I've never had a guy tell me that it was a bum steer...

Yes it is for the Jetta. I read something about the coil pack having a crack and a cheap way of fixing it would be using a high temp epoxy? But I am just ging to replace it. before this happened I noticed that my car does not start as fast as before. Could this be also the one causing the issue due to weak spark?

Coil pack! almost for sure.
I have an extra HUCO, (which I was told was the best replacement) for sale, if you care to make me an offer?

Thanks for offering. I am going to buy my parts in ECS tuning if ever. HUCO is better than BERU?

BTW would it be a good idea to replace the plug wires at the same time. or This should be still good?

What is the recommendation for plug wire replacement?

Yes, on all counts. If you're interested in giving the epoxy a try, if for no other reason than having a back-up, you can get the product in question from Applied Industrial. If you'd like, I can find the name for it, as I have it around here somewhere.

If there isn't a massive difference in price, I think I'd go for the BERU coil. The wires are probably still fine and I wouldn't bother with changing them, unless there was some indication that they needed to be changed. I've always had good luck with Bosch wires. I'd use either DENSO or NGK plugs if you change them out.

I might change the spark plug for the 2nd cylinder because I have ignored this problem for 2 months now. Just because i only get this problem when it's wet or humid. I am going to buy the NGK platinum plugs which is the OEM. BTW whats the brand of the epoxy that you use?

Here is my product of choice...

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive 2216 Gray B/A

I couldn't find a current listing for it at Applied Industrial Technologies. Check here to locate an AIT Service Center near you and give them a call about it. They're a great company to deal with. My local service centers didn't have any on hand, so they arranged it so I could pick it up at their distribution center less than an hour after I called.
