I have 3 quarts of Amsoil 0-30 and 1 quart of Amsoil 5-30. The car takes 4 quarts and of course it takes 5-20 oil. Would it hurt to run the 3 quarts of 0-30 and 1 quart of 5-30 for one oil change? I would hate to waste such good oil.

I personally would keep the 30wt oil out for a couple of changes. Thinner oil is better for brake-in.
Yeah, I'm on my 3rd change at the 17k mark.
Personally I would be inclined to mix the 1 Qt of ASL 5w30 with 3 Qt of XLM 5W-20. I know these have a compatable additive package.

They'll mix just fine, though I would sell the expensive synthetic oil and use the $$$ toward buying some cheap $1/qt 5w20.
