Have a 2010 Toyota 2gr-fe and due to circumstances we have had to use Liquimoly Special Tech 5-30 with Mobil 1extended use oil filter for two 20,000 miles intervals of pretty severe duty of mountain driving in -2F up to 101F…
The oil is never black, it is still opaque and you can see through the amber color- zero burning, never had to add one drop- my question is has this damaged or resulted in the lack of a 300k mile life we have gotten out of all our Toyota Vehicles since 1987- this is our first V-6 Toyota engine and part Yamaha.

Nothing will happen. That engine is easy on oil and that oil is overkill for it anyway

I'm curious how it is that you "had to use" oil for two consecutive 20k mile OCIs?
Don't get me wrong; I'm a big fan of extended OCIs, but that's a stretch with no UOAs (which you didn't mention) to back them up or any data prior to the long OCIs.
So how do you do this for 40k miles, in significant temp extremes, and never come across a place to change oil?????

Yeah that’s definitely a head scratcher.

So, a BITOGer broke into your house and stole the car, put 20k miles on without changing the oil. Interesting way to test an oil

Because we had a 2007 530i BMW that has since bit the dirt and had this oil left over in the garage- the reason we have “had to” is financial because I am having to take trips 4X a week from Knoxville TN to Asheville NC to a specialist for a Neurological disorder. The drive goes across the mountains and the state line is right across the top ridge. We just have no extra money, it’s $40 a trip in fuel and so on.. I definitely can’t afford a UOA. Ought the car off Carvana, was a retired Dr’s who drove it 5100 miles a year, bought year and a half ago with 67,000 miles on it- he changed the oil every 3-4,000 miles and sometimes he changed it with no change in miles but due to time because he had a home in Michigan and the car stayed in the home in Louisiana. He always used dino from the Toyota dealer in Shreveport. That’s the whole story- I was just trying ti make sure I haven’t done anything because the Toyota V6’s I remember were oil clogging machines in the 90’s.. I’ve got 20,000 miles on this current oil, and it’s probably got a couple more thousand I’m going to have to do until I can get it together.

You don’t have to justify your decision to use LiquMoly for a troll

Unfortunately you're risking being penny wise and pound foolish.

There's nothing wrong with the oil you've chosen, but your really long OCIs are a risk in the manner you practice. Not because they are dangerous, but because so many things can be happening (contamination such as fuel or coolant leaks, silica ingestion, additive depletion, oxidation overload, etc) which could be hurting the engine. It doesn't make sense to say you can't afford things, but not take care of the equipment you rely on to get you to these very important medical treatments. Will it be any cheaper to have the engine fail and leave you with a large R&R bill?

I'm not against long OCIs; actually I'm a big fan. But you have to do those in a smart manner; using the right tools such as UOAs and understanding what they can and cannot tell you, relative to "normal" data. Some of the prepaid UOA services (such as the Wix/Napa) aren't really that expensive. Or, if you don't want to deal with a UOA, then OCI more often with a less expensive lube.

What's done is done. I doubt there's any long term damage from the two previous OCIs other than some possible varnish or small amount of sludge. But it's not smart at all to think you can continue this practice moving forward. The 2GR-FE is a great engine, but it's not impervious to endless abuse; no engine is. Either shorten the OCIs, or get some UOAs. Otherwise you're playing with fire and eventually will get burned.

I am here with @dnewton3. WHile 2GR-FE is really easy on oil. no engine can sustain that kind of abuse unless specifically design for it, and even those engines had issues with too long of an OCI (some EUro engines) using oil that is design for such applications.
Based on my UOA in 2015 Sienna with that engine, I would say you are probably past oxidation limits, and there is some sludge. BUT, nothing alarming. However, if you keep using it like that, problems will develop.
That engine takes 6.4qt of oil. You can get 5qt of Quaker State oil in Wal Mart for some $22. You can get SUper Tech synthetic cheaper. My local Wal mart carries OE Toyota filter for 2GR-FE for some $7!!! You are looking for some $40, if not few $ less for oil and filter. Can you change it? It is not complicated, though it can get messy bcs. filter location. But, who cares.
Running synthetic oil 10K in that engine, based on my UOA is absolutely acceptable. But that is it.

In Europe the OCI for this engine is probably around 20k anyways.

Nothing to worry about. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

Not everyone has time to do oil changes. The guys changing every 3k. I don't know how they have so much time to do oil changes.
