2AZ-FE valve cover replacement tips and advice

I’ve came to the conclusion that the 2.4 2AZ-FE valve cover is the big oil consumption culprit on the 09’ Camry of mine. Planning to replace the gasket that has spark plug tube seals and spark plugs while I’m there. Member ThirdEye sent me these spark plugs. Are they correct or should I get Toyota OEM?

Spark Plug tube seal(s) and valve cover gasket are one unit for the 2az-fe.

The job is very straightforward. The ignition coil connectors like to break, but those can be replaced fairly easily. Part # is 90980-11885.
