2025 Camry SE Rental Review

I have driven one a few weeks ago and I thought it was a great sedan..but I still would have purchased a Honda Accord over it..
Never liked 4 door sedans. I dont care how you style it, to my wife and I it's still a mundane 4 door sedan. Felt this way for a VERY long time and why I dont like some of the new EVs that portray themselves as SUVs but look like 4 door sedans.
My son is driving a loaded BMW 530i right now, he loves it and is planing on getting a similar electric version end of this year ...
I was a bit surprised because it's a 4 door sedan. It's over the top to me but what do I know, even the AC vents adjust the direction they blow electronically.
His car last year was (not familiar with BMW models maybe m50) a factory souped up 4 door sedan that actually made my head hurt as it accelerated. (not kidding)
Still I like his wife's x5 SUV

Are the seats an improvement or a downgrade from the previous generation?

Your rental was probably in the first batch off the line for the 2025 model year.
The funny thing is, the seat itself was just fine, I just couldn't position it in a comfortable way. If I raised it up, my legs were rubbing against the steering wheel even with the wheel as high as it would go. I drove my XT4 tonight and my left knee was comfortably bent at a 90 degree angle and my right was on the accelerator with a 70 degree bend with plenty of space.
