The back is a hint awkward but it looks lower and wider than I thought it was. Almost wagon like. I think I like it.
I don’t care for the roofline but i get it, aero. The interior is nice, though really it looks like they crossed an AMG with a Genesis - but both are great influences and if the interior is that nice then it’s a compliment, though I’m always shocked at how much better gm interiors show in pictures and rather disappointing in person.
arent GM and honda in cahoots for some Honda EV which is supposed to land in ‘25? Is this the GM variant?
They’ve managed to make a shape that doesn’t look like an abysmal crossover. It gives me a bit of an Audi Alltrack feel. I think I like the Honda even more than the Blazer styling.Cadillac LYRIQ, Chevy Blazer EV, Honda Prologue and Acura ZDX are all very closely related and sized, from what I can tell. I think the Prologue should be fully revealed soon. On sale 2024(?) It’s been driving around almost fully uncovered lately.
LYRIQ will do 330 miles at 70 MPH (State of Charge YouTube video coming soon), so some pretty good range on this platform. Need more charging info though.

So the blazer is a station wagon now…
Regardless of how many Hummer EVs have been made I don't think too many are interested in owning it. It's probably the worse possible scenario for an EV. It weighs more than twice the average EV and because of that is horribly inefficient. It weighs 3 times what my current daily weighs. That's nuts.“GM Reportedly Building 65 Chevy Blazer EV Units An Hour In Mexico”
This same outlet reported they manufactured ~5,900 Hummer EVs in the first 5 months of 2023, but only ~60 were actually sold through Q2. So who knows….

There isn’t anyway to know how many are interested until they are available for sale which is now underway.Regardless of how many Hummer EVs have been made I don't think too many are interested in owning it. Don't get me wrong, I think a lot of what they did with it is cool, but it's a niche vehicle by price like you mentioned. I'm still really surprised I haven't seen a single one as far as my travels go. I'm sure I will eventually. Even something like a Model S which has been out for 10 years I rarely see those other than the older one down the road that was bought used. Actually as far as cars go I had to make an early morning run to the store about 6am. I jump on the highway through my town of 16k people and I see an Aston Martin Vanquish on the highway. It was in my favorite AM metallic brown color too. If I was a multi-millionaire I'd probably buy so many stupid things. That could include an EV Hummer at that point. I think it might just be dumb enough that the type of person buying it probably won't drive it much. There isn’t anyway to know how many are interested until they are available for sale which is now underway.
This is a specialized vehicle like any $100,000 vehicle it’s not going to have the sales numbers of something 1/3rd or even 1/4 the price like a Bolt.
I suspect you will be surprised at Hummer EV sakes numbers by the end of the year
Yet I think any $100,000 + years vehicle is a gamble by any company

No I wouldn’t either. I don’t think an SUV would at all. This though…It’s funny, if I win the lottery the Hummer EV isn’t on the list of cars. It’s just too ridiculous haha. An Escalade IQ, however, hmm…![]()
The 6.2 AWD Tahoe is pretty awesome, and should be for the price of a small house. but that truck in the post is KILLER.If I won a trillion dollars in a lottery, I cannot think of anything that GM makes currently worth buying.
But I would like something more along this style chevy in my garage.
