2021 Honda Odyssey Free Honda Maintenance

So my cousin has a 2021 Odyssey that just past 16,xxx miles. The service light came on and he said Honda will do the inspection/oil change for free. I think he has a few more free services up to a certain amount of miles… I told him I’d rather put our own stuff in it and it’s very easy to do… Up to him
-Isn't the Honda dealership supposed to use OEM Honda filters? I swear I saw a white filter under there.
-Will it be full synthetic 0w20 from them?
