Don't want to mess with the drain plug and filling with the engine running, etc.
Is that an acceptable method?
The design of the trans case makes it very difficult if not impossible to insert an extractor. Since there is no dipstick, there is no clear path to extract. Obstructions are present.
The drain plug is easy enough. I precisely measure what drains out and fill with an equal amount - Maxlife in my case. Overall a great transmission.
