Typically I target 3,000-3,500 miles with the manufacturer "severe" duty OCI being 3,750 miles.
Usage was daily driving tasks in the suburbs outside DC for the first 2,500 miles or so followed by 1,500 miles of towing a packed 5x8 cargo U-Haul in freezing weather on the interstate (trailer is 900 lb empty). RPMs ranged from 3.5k-5k for extended periods of time. Without the trailer, I definitely wring it out when merging/passing with as little horses I have at my disposal.
