2016 Hyundai Accent manual transmission

Hi Folks.
Having a hard time determining where the fill plug is for this year and model. I see some videos showing a standard drain and fill and others showing only drain but filling through reverse light switch port on top.

Parts stores indicate only drain plug gasket. Hyundai parts also states filled from top.

Any experience and when did it change over?

Figured it out. This model year Accent has both a fill and drain, easily accessible on hoist or even on jack stands. Both plugs are 17 mm hex head and have thin aluminum washer gasket. (probably same part number even though Hyundai does not list the fill plug P/N)

The fill port seems to be machined internally with a long land. So a short filler stem will make a mess. Need something thin and long. I filled majority with my tool but found it would not allow seepage with tool installed. So i left fill open and filled the remaining 200ml or so from top, accessed through reverse switch. Once I saw flow stop from fill port, i installed plug.

I have the Motive power filler, even better. The issue was not how to get it in, but the restriction at the filler. You can use whatever you want to pump it in, you just need a long, thin hose or pipe.
