Here is my UOA (latest one) and summary of all previous ones - All UOA done by same lab Polaris Indianapolis.

I do the same 5k oil interval on my GTI. If your Audi has a 10k recommendation for OCI you should consider keeping the filter in for the full 10k. Saves a bit of $$ and VAG says it's fine. Euro engines go 15k+ miles on oil & filter.

My first and only UOA showed 6ppm Fe after 5k, which was surprisingly low. It was on Castrol Edge 0w-30. I currently have PPE 0w-40 and will sample that in a month or so.
