and dealer has been telling him to flush the trans fluid couple of time

This is standard Honda procedure when there's "concerns" or "issues" - do a drain and refill 3x. When Honda (or their dealers) say "flush", they mean drain and refill and that's why they told him to do it a couple of times.

Lubegard red has cured any shifting issues.
Perhaps you have a sticky solenoid.
Honda v6 ATF's can be known for this.
LG will clean that right up.
