I recently found out about this near 300 hp FWD sedan, but have seen many comments about it being unreliable and requiring a warranty. Does anyone have any first hand experience on what to expect? I'd like to get the performance lighting package that has the LED headlights,

Those had HID’s, not LED’s. I have no personal first hand experience but my uncle absolutely love his 4 cylinder 2015 model and has yet to have an issue with it... my mom’s V6 2013 200 is pretty fun to drive. You could get the 2015-2017 models with AWD on the v6’s as well!
The 3.6 Pentastar has been around since 2011 and has proven to be reliable. The 9 speed transmission in the newer 200’s is a bit of a different story.

The 200 was a gorgeous car. The '16-17 supposedly have fewer transmission issues than the earlier models
The Premium Lighting Package gives HID headlights and LED fog lights.
Around here, a FWD 2015 200C V6,. with 50,000 miles, and the Navigation and Premium Lighting are selling in the $16K-$17K range. That seems kind of pricey. Higher mileage examples (75K-80K miles) are around $13.5K. Over 100K miles they are in the $11K range.
Like anything else, as long as it has been properly cared for/maintained it would probably serve you well. It isn't going to be anything other than a run-of-the-mill sedan from a dynamics standpoint.
