Does anyone have access to a shop manual for this car so I can have the correct clearances before I tear down the fit? Thanks

Just loud when it starts. When it warms up the noise goes away. Has over 100k and it’s never been checked
Would you go 6 or 7 thousandths on the intake?
Typically people say intake valve will loosen over time and exhaust tighten over time.
Did you already open it up and check them?
What are you getting for values?
This was my Odyssey at approx 170k miles.
They were basically all loose.
I haven’t checked yet it’ll have to wait for a weekend.
