WOW it appears the Fiesta doesn't officially have a drain plug! That's the first time I've heard of that on a manual transmission
Ford is pretending it's lifetime fill, and the official way to change the fluid is to siphon it from the fill plug
However, some people have used the ball bearing bolt, which is HUGE, very tight, and has fine aluminum thread. If you drain it this way, do not move the shifter with that bolt off!
