Run M1 0/40 in mine. Or M1 5/40My 2012 Honda Accord 2.4L engine has the dreaded VTC actuator noise for about 1 second at a "cold" start, wondering if changing the viscosity of the oil might help some, has over 160K miles on it.
Same car, but just checking to see if a different weight of oil might help.Is this a different issue than your previous thread?
2012 Honda Accord 160K miles
Thinking of going with slightly thicker motor oil, 5w20 maybe, to stop VTC pinging when cranking and quieter engine. Any suggestions?bobistheoilguy.com

Did not help mine. I did however repair with this simple kit.
