Is the monkey at the dealer just looking for leaks with his eyes, topping up and then telling you it's normal when you return with the level back at the add line?
Time to find another dealer. The MINIMUM they should have done was pressure tested the system. Then they could try adding dye and looking for leaks with UV light, or even sniffing the coolant (not with their noses, either) for exhaust gases (in case of a bad head gasket).
I don't see why YOU should have to do a UOA to look for coolant in the oil when the [censored] vehicle is under warranty.
