My brother has a theory on this, but in order for it to be proven (or disproven) we need to know if a shift into 5th before the traps (in order to keep off of the rev limiter) is required on the 3.55/3.73 ratioed cars.

The Mustang over the years has been a great performance value. With the 6 cyl i goes good and had real good MPGs .I hope it is a winner for Ford.

I think I lied to myself. Ford is really looking good these days.
