2010 Ford F-150 platium 5.4l 3v grinding noise

This F150 having this grinding noise in front driver side area . Find out it’s the iwe . Replace the iwe . Complete vaccum line . New check valve and new solanoid all using motorcraft part .

now the noise gone . But one in a while I still can heard the 2-3 second grind but it’s fine since it don’t do all the time .

now I have this grind behind my driver seat . Some where in the rear . What the heck is this . Change out transfer case fluid and rear diff fluid . Haven’t touch the front diff fluid yet .

Engine is quiet in cold start or hot .

it’s something else . Idk if it transfer case

I note the viberate from second to third gear and grind noise when I make a fast turn from stop light .

Sounds like maybe two different problems.

How many miles on this truck?

I'm wondering if the grinding while making a turn could be a CV axle? The vibration in 2nd and 3rd could be the transmission or maybe a bad u joint on the rear driveshaft.

I'd check the drivetrain fluids, check the CV axles, and check the u joints.
