2010 Ford Crown Victoria P0443(Purge Valve Circuit Fault)

As stated above my 2010 Ford Crown Vic developed code P0443 after changing the fuel filter I’ve replaced the purge valve, confirmed it had power to the valve and check for continuity of the ground wire from the PCM to the Purge Valve, All checks out I even went as far as just splicing in a new wire and running the pcm to the purge valve directly, just in case the wire was broke of shorted out somewhere, none of this has resolved the issue and until it’s fixed I can’t renew my license plates due to failing emissions testing, I’m hoping the combined brain of BITOG can help me solve this issue

Manually test the purge valve, new parts have been known to fail right out of the box.
