They really are sharp vehicles inside and out!
I actually did OK on the deal. I got supplier pricing, and my trade is worth 1500 more this year than last. I guess the market for used SUV's recovered some. Lovely spouse and I have looked at the Equinox/Terrain for a while now. The planets aligned, and we bought it. The Chevy is "cute" (wife quote) while the GMC is more aggessive looking. There is a lot of buzz about DI engines on the web. I've got a little time to find the right choice for oil. I'm going to quiz the service department when I pick it up, and see what they say about the DI engines they have seen. Someone must have one with a lot of miles on it by now, especially in the Acadia/Traverse platform. Marketing is a funny thing. The web buzz is that the Enclave gets M1 as a FF, and a sticker on the 710 cap while the Traverse gets conventional, and a generic 5w30 cap. I'm leaning toward GC for it, based on UOA, and the fact I have a boatload of Green stashed.
