Pick something easily available to you that you feel is good value. If trying to correct any issues like oil burning may warrant different response.
This coming from a person who just drained 900 mile 5w-40 (with a quart of 5W-30) and replaced with 5W-20 in a 17 year old, 247k mile Honda 2.4L. But that was for my own scenario.
