2008 Honda CR-V with 98,000 miles. I have ran synthetic oil in it since the first oil change when new. Has mostly run Mobil 1 Extended Performance 5w20 at 10,000 mile OCI's...per the Honda maintenance minder system. Been thinking about Pennzoil Platinum or Ultra...are these two up to the task of 10,000 mile OCI's?

I would say so unless your driving is 100% short-trips (i.e. a few miles each way/not enough time for the engine to really warm up).

The K24 isn't too tough on oil. I've used Quaker State Ultimate Durability and Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy in my K24 Element with no problem. I have a used oil analysis coming in for the M1 soon too.

I run it down to 0% on the OLM and that is usually about 7k for me, but it's all local stop and go driving.

I would say any of those oil selections would be great for a full Maintenance Minder interval. If you want, you could use 0W20, which was back spec'ed for the K24s.
