This sample was taken immediately after a 60~ mile road trip, so everything was up to temperature. There appears to be no actual shearing, it was likely just fuel dilution. It may potentially be oxidative thickening. We will see on the next UOA around 7,000 miles.

I also ran a bottle of Red Line SI-1 through the fuel system immediately after the last sample, to see if its use would have any negative impact on my next UOA. Doesn't appear to have caused any negative effects.

TBN dropping quickly, wonder if boron is actually being deposited or just filtered out (guess we will never know for sure). Looks like you will have a 10k OCI. Keep it up!

X2 that has been my observation as well.

I think my bypass filter must finally be starting to do some real work, as my oil color has been lightening up gradually in recent weeks.
