2006 Honda CRV engine OCI

I have the first year with that engine/model, the 2002. I've gone anywhere from 4-7k with anything from Mobil 1 0w20 to 10W30 SuperTech conventional. Runs great on anything. I WOULD change the transmission fluid out much sooner than the manual states. Also, change out the Honda Dual Pump fluid in the rear diff no later than 60k miles. There's a new Dual Pump Fluid II that is supposed to be better.
