I can’t find anymore 4386 filters at my local Walmart. I only see the smaller 4967 filter. Has anyone here used a bigger alternative in this specific car?

Does your Walmart carry OEM filters? Some Walmarts stock actual OEM Toyota oil filters 
Possibly, you can check online if any other Walmarts nearby carry it. As a last resort, there's also Amazon. Such a heavy item of low value shouldn't be prone to counterfeiting.
Are you looking for something cheap like the orange can or ST, or more premium like the Ultra?
Napa has a few good filters for your Highlander.

The Full 2-OTT008 with those M-pleats that claim 30% more media. Full/Siam Filter is likely the OE supplier too.
And if you want something more premium, there's always the Napa Platinum/Wix XP
Napa has 20% off this month if you buy at least 3 items at a time with their bucket sale. Buy their bucket for $5.99, get 20% off at least three (other) items). If you buy online, you don't have to buy the bucket, but you still have to have at least 3 items in a single order.

I just wanted one from Walmart since I’ll be headed there. I know not to buy the orange Frams. I do 5k mi OCI’s on this car which is driven short distances quite a bit.
Then get the Champ-made ST4386
4967 < 4386 < 3614 < 3600
(Brand equivalent)
just don't get something too long if it's mounted on the bottom

I saw the Toyota YZZF1 at our Walmart.$5.41. You can't go wrong using the Toyota oil filter(made by Denso) or using the Denso 150-2001 filter.Some members like to poo-poo Denso oil filter,s but what do they know that Toyota Motor Corporation doesn't know? Full of(you fill in the blank).
I’ve ran Tough Guard 4386, Purolator P1 14477 and 3600 ULTRA. Even ran a TG 8316 before. Also few ULTRA 3614 Filters too
They are built nice, but lack in efficiency for some people's desire. Hey, at least they have a black silicone ADBV.
